A complete and up-to-date profile showcases your qualifications, experience, and availability, making it easier for schools to find and book you. Taking the time to thoroughly complete your profile can lead to more booking requests and job opportunities.

How to Complete Your Profile
A complete ClassCover profile helps schools better match you with suitable bookings and increases your chances of being selected for work.
1. Access Your ClassCover Profile
On Desktop:
Log in to ClassCover and click on My Profile or the Complete Profile link on the Dashboard.
On Mobile App:
Open the ClassCover app, tap the menu icon (☰) at the top right of your screen, then go to Account & Settings, followed by Profile.
2. Fill in Key Fields
Click each tab to edit sections such as:
Personal Information
Bookings
Skills and Work Experience
Qualification and Documents
References
Availability to work
3. Add a Professional Photo
Upload a clear, friendly headshot using the Upload Profile Image button. Ensure the image is under 2MB.
4. Complete Teacher Verification (NSW, Queensland Department of Education and Brisbane Catholic Education teachers only)
If you're teaching in NSW public schools, Queensland state schools, or Brisbane Catholic Education (BCE) schools, you'll need to complete verification to ensure you're eligible to be booked.
NSW Teachers: Submit your NESA ID and date of birth to match with the NSW Department of Education records.
BCE Teachers: Follow the BCE verification process through your ClassCover profile.
Queensland State Teachers: Submit your legal name, date of birth, employee number, and QCT number to verify with the Queensland Department of Education.
5. Add Right to Work in Australia Documentation
In Right to Work settings, select your status (e.g. Australian Citizen) and upload relevant supporting documents.
6. List Your Experience and Skills
Include relevant teaching experience and subjects you are qualified to teach. This helps schools match you with suitable opportunities.
You can upload documents such as:
CV
Anaphylaxis Certificate
Child Protection Certificate
E-Emergency Care Certificate
These can be added under the Additional Documents section.
8. Optional: Add a Video CV
Stand out by uploading a short video introduction so schools can get to know you better. Instructions are available directly on your profile page.
Choose whether your profile is:
Visible to all schools, or
Visible only to schools with accepted invitations

Boost Your Visibility with a Shareable Portfolio
Activate your Shareable Portfolio to showcase your profile to schools outside of ClassCover. This feature allows you to share a link to your profile, functioning as a digital resume.
