Logging in to ClassCover gives your school access to the tools needed to manage bookings, view requests, and stay on top of daily staffing needs.
Whether you're using a desktop or the mobile app, signing in is quick and straightforward.

Why this matters
Logging in to your school account allows you to:
Create and manage booking requests
View and respond to incoming requests from relief teachers
Access your Bookings and Requests pages
Stay updated through real-time notifications
How to log in (Web)
1. Go to the ClassCover login page
Navigate to booking.classcover.com.au/login-sso in your web browser.
2. Start the login process
Click the Login button.
3. Enter your DoE credentials
Enter your:
Department of Education Username
Password
4. Accept the conditions of use
Tick the checkbox to confirm you accept the conditions of use.
5. Sign in
Click Sign In to access your account.
Once logged in, you’ll be taken to your dashboard—typically landing on the Bookings page, where you can begin managing your school’s staffing needs.
Tip: If you are logging in on the Queensland Department of Education network (e.g. on school grounds), you are signed in at step 5 and don't need to complete two-factor authentication.
6. Complete two-factor authentication (2FA) Enter the passcode shown in your authenticator app on your mobile device.
7. Click the Sign On button. Your passcode will be authenticated and you'll be logged on to ClassCover.
Using the mobile app
You can also log in using the ClassCover app on iOS and Android devices using the same login details.
This is especially useful for school users who need to:
Send or manage bookings on the go
Check updates in real time
Respond quickly to staffing changes
Tip: To use the app, be sure to click the small Queensland Department of Education login link underneath the large Login button.
What happens after logging in?
After signing in, you’ll have access to key areas, including:
Bookings – create and manage booking requests
My List – view and manage your preferred relief teachers
Having trouble logging in?
If you’re unable to access your account, try checking:
Your email address and password are entered correctly
Caps lock is turned off
You’re using the correct login details for your school account
