Update Booking and Notification Settings

Manage how your school sends bookings and receives updates.

This article explains how to access and update your profile, booking, and notification settings in ClassCover.

These settings help control how your school communicates with relief teachers and how you receive important booking updates.

Audience: School Users


Actions

1. Access Profile Settings

From the dashboard, select your school name in the top right-hand corner of the screen. A drop-down menu will appear.

2. Open Profile Settings

Select Profile Settings from the drop-down menu. The Profile Settings screen will display.

3. Edit booking and notification settings

Select Edit next to Booking and notification settings.

4. Update your preferences

Update the relevant fields based on your school’s preferences.

5. Save your changes

Click Save Changes to apply your updates.

Result

Your booking and notification settings are updated. Changes are reflected immediately in ClassCover.


Tip

Select your school name at any time to quickly access:

  • Profile Settings

  • Admin Settings

  • Manage Team

  • Logout


Note

The following settings are available:

  • Email notification – Controls which booking activity emails your school receives

  • Booking options – Sets your school email as the sender for booking requests

  • New teachers added to school list – Opt in to receive a weekly summary of teacher request activity

  • Default SMS type – Choose how booking requests are sent:

    • Blanket – Sent to all relief teachers at once

    • Priority – Sent one at a time in sequence

  • Default booking form – Choose whether bookings open as:

    • Pre-confirmed booking

    • Standard booking request
