This article explains how to access and update your profile and school settings in ClassCover.
Keeping these settings up to date ensures your school information is accurate and your booking preferences are configured correctly.

Actions
1. Access the settings menu
From the dashboard, select your school name in the top right-hand corner of the screen. A drop-down menu will appear.
2. Open Profile Settings
Select Profile Settings from the drop-down menu. The Profile Settings screen will display.
3. Select the section to update
Locate the section you would like to update, then click Edit.
4. Update your details
Enter or update the relevant fields based on your schoolβs requirements.
5. Save your changes
Click Save Changes to apply your updates.
Result
Your profile or school settings are updated. Changes are reflected immediately in ClassCover.
Note
Admin Settings is only visible to users with administrator access.

Manage smart groups
Organise your relief teachers into groups for faster booking
Manage job applicant notifications
Enable summary email notifications for new job applicants
