What Do Relief Teacher Status Flags Mean in ClassCover?

This article explains the different status flags shown in ClassCover and how they affect visibility and booking eligibility.

Understanding these flags helps your school make informed decisions when selecting relief teachers.

Teacher Status Flags

1. Reasonable Adjustment

Shows the teacher requires specific workplace adjustments (for example, wheelchair access).

The teacher remains:

  • Visible

  • Bookable

Schools are expected to accommodate the required adjustments before confirming the booking.

2. Training Status

Shows whether mandatory training requirements are complete.

  • Green status: all training modules are complete

  • Yellow status: one or more modules are incomplete

Teachers remain:

  • Visible

  • Bookable

This flag is for informational purposes only.

3. Base School

Shows the school is the Base School for the:

  • District Relief Teacher (DRT)

4. Least Compatible

Schools can mark a teacher as Least Compatible after completing the:

  • Positive Performance Management process

Teachers marked as Least Compatible will no longer appear in booking searches for your school.

5. Unsatisfactory (Q)

Shows the teacher’s:

  • QCT status is incomplete or unsatisfactory

Teachers with an Unsatisfactory (Q) flag:

  • Will not be available for booking
