Update Your Availability Across Multiple Dates Using Recurring Availability

Update multiple dates at once using a consistent schedule.

If your availability follows a regular pattern, you can update multiple dates at once using the Recurring Availability Updater. This helps keep your calendar accurate while saving time.

Audience: Relief Teacher

Actions

1. Open your calendar

Select Calendar from the menu bar.

2. Open the Recurring Availability Updater

Click the Recurring Update button above your calendar.

3. Set your date range

  • Select the start date for the update

  • Select the end date, or choose the total number of occurrences

4. Choose your recurrence pattern

Select whether the update should apply:

  • Weekly, or

  • Fortnightly

Then select the day(s) of the week you want to update (e.g. Monday, Tuesday).

5. Review your selection

Click Review to confirm your selected dates and pattern.

6. Set your availability

Choose your availability for those dates:

  • Available or Unavailable

  • Full Day, AM, or PM

7. Apply your changes

Click Update Availability to apply the changes to your calendar.


Result

Your availability is updated across all selected dates. Your calendar reflects the changes, and schools can see your availability when searching for bookings.


Tip

  • Use recurring updates if your schedule is consistent each week

  • This is the fastest way to keep your availability accurate across multiple dates

  • You can still update individual dates at any time if your availability changes


Note

  • The Recurring Availability Updater applies changes to all matching days within your selected date range

  • To update a single date, use the standard calendar view

  • Availability cannot be changed on contract dates
