A multi-day booking allows you to create a single booking request that spans multiple consecutive dates. This helps you secure the same relief teacher across several days without creating separate bookings.
Audience: School Users
When to use a multi-day booking
Use this method when:
You need the same relief teacher for consecutive days
The booking spans multiple continuous dates
You want to send one request instead of multiple bookings
Actions
1. Start a booking request

Note
Local Relief Teachers (LRTs) and District Relief Teachers (DRTs):
Show an availability rate across selected days
Are automatically booked if available
2. Select the date range and enter booking details

Select the start date
Then select the end date to set the full date range
Also, complete any known booking details, including:

Browse the teacher list and select the teachers you want to invite. On your preferred teacher profiles, select Add to invite list to add those teachers to the booking request.
4. Configure request settings
In the Invite list panel:
Select One at a time to send requests sequentially, or All at once to notify all selected teachers at the same time
Choose how long the booking request should remain open before closing automatically
Optionally schedule the request to send later using Delay send
Select Send to emergency list to automatically extend the request to all teachers on your list if no teacher accepts
5. Send the booking request
Click Send Invite.
6. Confirm the booking request
Click Confirm and Request to finalise the booking request.
Result
The booking request is sent to selected relief teachers across all dates
The booking appears in your Calendar with a status of In Progress
When accepted, the status updates to Confirmed and the same relief teacher is booked for all days
Tip
Use multi-day bookings to improve consistency by securing the same relief teacher across multiple days.
Note
This method is for consecutive dates only
If the booking exceeds 5 consecutive days, you will be prompted to confirm whether it is a Casual or Temporary Contract
