Confirm Attendance in Bulk for Multiple Bookings

Approve multiple bookings at once for payroll processing

Bulk attendance confirmation allows you to approve multiple bookings in one action. This helps you quickly finalise attendance and ensure bookings are processed for payroll.

When to use bulk attendance confirmation

Use this feature when:

  • You need to confirm attendance for multiple bookings

  • You want to finalise records quickly

  • Booked hours are correct and do not require adjustment


Actions

1. Go to Booking Confirmation

Select Booking Confirmation from the Bookings section of the left-hand menu.

2. Select bookings

Tick the checkbox next to each booking you want to confirm.

To confirm all bookings at once, select the Select all checkbox at the top of the list.

3. Confirm selected bookings

Click Confirm selected.

4. Review attendance details

A confirmation pop-up will display, showing a summary of all selected bookings.

Review the details, then click Confirm attendance.

5. Finalise confirmation

Click OK to complete the process.


Result

All selected bookings are confirmed and moved to the Confirmed tab.

  • Bookings are locked and cannot be edited

  • Booked hours are recorded as the actual hours worked

  • Bookings are queued for payroll processing


Tip

  • If an error is made, use the undo arrow in the confirmation message to reverse the action

  • Review bookings carefully before confirming to avoid needing corrections


Note

  • Bulk confirmation uses the booked hours as the actual hours worked

  • If any booking requires hour adjustments, confirm that booking individually before using bulk confirmation

  • Once confirmed, bookings are locked and cannot be edited
