If youโre unable to attend a confirmed booking, you can cancel it in ClassCover or contact the school directly. Cancelling early helps the school arrange alternative cover.

When to cancel a booking
You may need to cancel if:
You are unwell
An emergency arises
You are no longer available for the shift
Actions
1. Open your bookings
Log in to ClassCover and go to the Bookings tab.
2. Select the booking
Tap the booking you need to cancel.
3. Cancel the booking
Tap Cancel.
4. Enter a reason (if enabled)
Enter a reason for cancelling
5. Confirm
Result
The booking is cancelled and removed from your Calendar.
The school is notified and can arrange a replacement.
Tip
Cancel as early as possible to give the school enough time to find replacement cover.
Note
If you cancel on the day of the booking, you are not eligible for the 2-hour last-minute cancellation payment
