To receive booking requests from Queensland Department of Education schools, you need to verify your ClassCover account. This confirms your identity and ensures your details match the Queensland Department of Education records.

Allows your profile to be visible to schools
Actions
1. Open your profile
Log in to ClassCover, click your name in the top right, then select My Profile.
2. Start verification
Click the Verify button.
3. Enter your personal details
Provide your:
Legal First Name
Legal Last Name
Date of Birth
4. Enter your employment details
Enter your:
Employee Number
QCT Number
Make sure all details exactly match your QLD DoE records.
5. Confirm and submit
Tick the confirmation boxes
Click Submit
6. Complete your profile
Once approved:
Click Complete Profile
Update your availability, school preferences, subjects, and year levels
Result
Your account is verified with the Queensland Department of Education
Your profile becomes visible to schools
You can start receiving booking requests

If verification fails, double-check your details carefully—most issues are caused by mismatched information.
