Your school profile holds the key details relief teachers see when they receive a booking request, including your booking email address, contact details, and any extras that help your school stand out.

Why this matters
Updating your school profile allows you to:
Set the booking email address where all booking requests and notifications are sent
Keep your contact and emergency details current
Add a video introduction, announcements, onboarding documents, and a school crest or logo
Share helpful extras such as parking details and bell times to attract relief teachers
How to update your school profile (Web)
Log on to ClassCover and select your school name in the top right corner.
Select School Profile from the drop-down menu.
In the Overview section, click the Edit button. The Edit Overview popup displays.
Type your school’s booking email address in the Booking email address field. All booking requests and notifications are sent here, so this is the most important detail to set up, and the field is mandatory.
Click the Save button.
NOTE: Some details, such as school name, school size, region, and school email address, are provided through Queensland Department of Education integration and cannot be edited in ClassCover. If any are incorrect, contact Queensland Department of Education support.
6. You can also enhance your profile to attract relief teachers. In the relevant section, click the Edit or New button to add:
a video introduction
announcements
onboarding documents
a school crest or logo
additional information (e.g. parking)
TIP: A detailed profile helps attract relief teachers. Click View as Teacher to preview how your profile appears to them.
