This article explains how the Support Team unlock a relief teacher’s profile after a request for help to activate in ClassCover.
Unlocking the profile lets the relief teacher re-enter their correct details and complete the verification process so they can be activated.
Audience: Support Team
Actions
1. Open Relief Employee Profiles
Log on to the ClassCover support platform, then select Relief Employee Profiles from the left-hand menu.
2. Open the Not matched tab
Click the Not matched tab. Profiles requesting help to activate display.
3. View the submitted details
For the relevant teacher, click the Submitted details dropdown arrow to view their name, date of birth, employee number, and QCT number.
Call the relief teacher and confirm their identity by asking the relevant verification questions.
4. Cross-reference the details
Cross-reference the submitted details against the relevant Queensland Department of Education systems to confirm they match.
5. Unlock the profile
Click the Unlock profile button for the teacher.
6. Confirm the unlock
On the Are you sure? popup, click the Yes, Unlock button.
7. Close the confirmation
On the Success popup, click the OK button.
Result
The relief teacher’s profile is unlocked. They can re-enter their correct details and complete the verification process.
Note
A profile appears under Not matched when a relief teacher’s details do not match after three verification attempts and they request support. Always confirm the teacher’s identity before unlocking.
